and yes, agree with u with the part no matter how good u are u will lose, of course if u team with brainless people.  Usually high rank ppls will ask to join voice chat to coordinate if want to win. He will give tips for his allies.

most high rank ppls play genji or mcree to carry the team, their accuracy is really crazy i can tell you.
