Rare. Most single solo elimination i do is fighting off flankers..
U will never see those fights. Its the hardest n pure skill vs genjis and tracers. Its actually nerve racking. Cause ure looking everywhere. Shooting front. Listening to all footsteps.

Everybody looking forward. Dps like soldier need to damage front n take care of da flanks etc.

Btw its the job of a dps to be gold for elimination. You be suprised how many ppl cannot shoot.

For sudden death. Its a easy formula to win for any attacking team. Ure advantage is respawn point. So kill them one by one.. Double triple team the firepower. Kill mercy/sym or make one tracer go find the teleporter. Symm rarely in front during sudden death.

Winning formula in competitive is "attack is da best defence".

Btw a tank that doesnt kill is useless. When i play rein i make sure min 1 death is = 1-2 elimination. Thats da minimum.
Dps should be 3-4.

Hint best way to fark arnd enemy mentality of defence.. Provided they are not group of friends. Beginning scare the crap out of them with like reinhardt charge with bastion firing behind him.

What i normally tell them lets do two reinhardt, two winston, one bastion and one genji/tracer.

Worst case kill a few.. We come back fast. Winston job is to jump behind the enemy tank and go after their dps.
If die change to ure hero of ure choice.

first game won.. soldier..
second game another idiot choose soldier and i ask him u sure..

dude didnt do anything..he let reaper come behind rein so many times.
Me lucio.. brought it home..

also lately been noticing a lot of ppl keeping their ultis..
dont they know depending on da hero.. if ure contributing to the team.. ure gonna get a few??
afaik soldier is damage dellt+heal on others..., mei and rein is damage delt+block, etc etc..

telling u a lot of S76 cannot shoot.. they all wait for ulti...

just now before the patch.. in quickplay.. our team vs a few soldiers.. i killed 10 of them in a row.. 7 from helixed and headshots and 3 from ulti.. they all then gave up that 6 men soldier and started playing proper and then went two genji which also i killed with their tracer.. all solo kills.

to play s76..
1.u must be damn relaxed
2.love ure mouse dpi ( mine is now 1450 with in game 8)
3.superb Ping/rtt (20/40)
4.constant high fps.. i run mine at 300fps with sli@1440p with cpu needed at 4.8ghz ( this game needs this)

if all 4 cannot be done ( normally 1 is a issue cause will get frustrated) s76 performance will be bad...

in competitive just again.. lost.. carry the team.. they all lost.. cause cannot aim.. 4 gold 1 silver... sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif and now demoted.. sishh oh yeah seems theres some marker thingy now on da rank..

btw dva now actually cannot kill u fast.. just slowly shoot at her and u will win. seems like her RPM is lowered a lot both robot and herself.
one thing though now any camping turret.. she just sit there... seems like better protection tanker than reinhardt...

reinhardt or soldier ulti with anna ulti.. still as crazy as ever...

infact did that kinda of kills so many times.. but seriously u can only do that thanks to ure team mates... soldier ulti timing is dependent on team mates or idiot enemy running away from u...

nowadays i ulti after pharah or reaper or vice versa cause lucio will always wait to counter...if the dude does.. ho ho ho.. cannot kill more than 1.. so .. definately the basket that ruined it... lucio..ure it... lol...


what is amazing with soldier is actual kills without ulti.. have u seen those.. triple kills with helix and headshots etc..

btw this is why seagull himself said.. s76.. perfect counter for genji/tracer.. just u know how to use it.. for my level i can take out ppl at my level genji and tracer.. but its a tiring battle cause if s76 does this.. most of the time nobody to protect support/tank...

General updates

Gameplay

If a match goes into Overtime for more than 20 seconds, the fuse will now start to “burn down” more quickly.
Players now respawn more slowly during Overtime (increased spawn time by 2 seconds).

Competitive Play

Competitive Play matches can now only have one of each hero per team.

Miscellaneous

Added Ana as an A.I.-controlled hero in Practice vs. A.I., Play vs. AI, and Custom Game modes
Timing on Zenyatta’s Rapid Discord achievement is more lenient.
Targeted teammates now respond by saying “I’m with you” when players use the “Group Up” communication.
Renamed five sprays to avoid duplicate titles.

Hero balance updates

General

Self-healing abilities now charge ultimate abilities. As a result, some heroes’ ultimate costs have been adjusted (see below).

Bastion

Configuration: Tank
Ultimate cost increased by 10 percent.

D.Va

Defense Matrix
Cooldown decreased from 10 seconds to 1 second.
A new resource meter has been added. This meter will deplete while Defense Matrix is active and then recharge when it’s not in use.
Defense Matrix takes 10 seconds to reach full charge from empty.
At a full charge, Defense Matrix will last for 4 seconds.
Defense Matrix will now remain active as long as its assigned hotkey is held.
Defense Matrix has been reclassified as an alternate fire and is now bound to RMB (by default).
An option to “Toggle Defense Matrix” has been added under Options > Controls > D.Va.
Self-Destruct
Ultimate cost decreased by 15 percent.
Explosion delay reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds.
Explosion no longer damages D.Va (the player who activates it).
Developer Notes: D.Va isn’t being selected as often as our other tanks, and we feel a lot of that stems from the underperformance of her damage absorption abilities. So we’ve reconfigured her Defensive Matrix, making it more flexible and giving players the ability to use it more often. We’ve also given Self-Destruct a little more oomph, because it felt slightly underwhelming when compared to many of Overwatch’s other ultimate abilities.

Lúcio

Sound Barrier
Ultimate cost increased by 10 percent.

McCree

Peacekeeper
Now maintains full damage at longer distances, but will deal less damage at extreme ranges.
Developer Notes: While the game does feel better following the nerf to McCree’s close-range damage in a previous patch, it left him a little too weak. So we’re increasing his effective distance, making his range similar to Soldier: 76’s. This should hopefully give players another option for dealing with pesky long-range damage dealing heroes like Pharah and Hanzo.

Mercy

Caduceus Staff
Damage Boost
Effect will no longer stacks with bonus damage provided by another Mercy.
Resurrect
Ultimate charge cost increased by 30 percent.
Movement is no longer prevented during activation.
Guardian Angel instantly resets upon use.
Developer Notes: Mercy’s ultimate is one of the most powerful abilities in the game; however, players would often fly into the fray and die while using it. With this update, Resurrect will now take a bit longer to charge, but Mercy will be a lot safer when activating the ability in the middle of combat.

Roadhog

Whole Hog
Ultimate cost increased by 45 percent.

Soldier: 76

Heavy Pulse Rifle
Spread recovery will begin after a short delay (rather than instantly).
Tactical Visor
Ultimate cost increased by 10 percent.

Zenyatta

Base shields increased by 50 (now 50 Health/150 Shield).
Primary fire weapon damage decreased from 45 to 40.
Alternate fire weapon damage increased from 35 to 40.
Orb of Discord and Orb of Harmony.
Projectile speed has been increased from 30 to 120.
Transcendence
Movement speed is now doubled upon activation.
Healing amount increased from 200 to 300 health per second.
Developer Notes: While Zenyatta has never had the healing abilities of Lúcio or Mercy, he made up for it by dealing more damage. However, his lack of mobility and low health has meant he’s struggled to find a place in many games. To increase his effectiveness, we’ve made several changes, the biggest of which is an increased shield pool. This will allow him to go head-to-head with more enemies. The Orb of Harmony and Discord changes are also a quality of life change, helping Zenyatta move his orbs around and apply their effects more quickly. And lastly, we’ve increased Transcendence’s healing throughput. This ultimate was designed to be the most effective against sustained, high-damage fire and least effective against short, high-damage bursts (like D.Va’s or Junkrat’s ultimates). But, due to the amount of healing it provided, there were times when it was possible for even sustained fire to overcome Transcendence’s output. We’ve made the heal powerful and also allowed Zenyatta to move around more quickly while it’s active.

User interface updates

Game Options

Players can now enter numerical values for any option that also has slider (e.g. FoV, volume, sensitivity, etc.).
Players can now hide in-game chat by pressing CTRL-SHIFT-C or by typing “/hidechat” into the chat window.

Controls
Mouse sensitivity can now be adjusted out to two decimals.
Gameplay
Mid-match tips can now be toggled on or off (this will enable/disable tips that pop up after a player dies).

Social
Friend Request toasts can now be toggled on or off.
Friend notifications can now be toggled on or off.
Whispers can now be toggled on or off.

Video
Added 21:9 aspect ratio support.
Players can now enable a real-world clock by toggling the “Display System Clock” setting.

Social Features

Certain commendations will now appear less frequently during end-of-round voting (e.g. Zenyatta’s Transcendence Healing and Zarya’s Projected Barriers Applied).
Bug fixes

General

The Hero Gallery now remembers the last hero you were looking at and will properly highlight that hero whenever returning to the gallery.
Reduced the chance for larger projectiles (i.e., Hanzo’s arrows, Zenyatta’s prayer beads) to hit targets around corners.
Fixed a bug that caused the “payload is nearing its final destination” music to continue playing even after the match was over.
Fixed a bug that caused the UI to disappear whenever the game was forced into windowed mode by an external application.
Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause visual healing effects to appear on the wrong hero whenever multiple players attempted to pick up a Health Pack.
Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause different heroes’ victory poses to clip into each other.
Fixed several lighting issues with the killcam.

Maps

The payload on King’s Row will no longer retreat back inside its starting location if the attacking team fails to push it.
Adjusted the Hero Select screen volume for the attacking team on Watchpoint: Gibraltar.
Added Spectator camera collision to most maps.
Fixed issues with player collision across multiple maps.
Fixed issues with ambient lighting and shadows across multiple maps.

Heroes

Fixed a bug that was preventing friendly hero dialogue not being audible over long distances as intended.
Fixed a bug that caused D.Va to sometimes ignore player collision when summoning her mech.
Fixed several bugs where Mei’s Ice Wall would persist in the game world even after the player switched heroes or left the game.
Fixed even more bugs that allowed Reaper to Shadow Step to unintended locations.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused Reinhardt’s Barrier Field to get stuck in the “on” position if the player used the “Toggle Barrier” setting.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused Roadhog to accidentally Chain Hook targets standing behind him.
Fixed a bug that caused Winston’s Barrier Projector shield to ignore the “Sound Effects Volume” setting.

Competitive Play

Fixed a bug that sometimes caused players not to be able to rejoin games.

anna is a specialist hero just like mercy..

it requires skill..

my two heroes i dare say i am good at are soldier and lucio.... .. i really freak out last two matches cause somebody took soldier.. why worry cause hmm damage dealers.. if the dude doesnt have the mentallity like u know its all on me to heal/kill/damage/protect.. dont play soldier....... dude gave me back soldier in 2nd match (we lost .. hollywood defence point 3) cause he saw me change and went on rampage. Killed their genji multiple of times. he never laid his dirty hands on mercy. Lol. Genji is all about timing and knowing when he will slash dash or reflect.. Good genjis will go melee. Rare. Those are the ones i worry about.

I can tell u the hero any soldier now hates the most is Anna/Zenyatta.... anna cause can stop da heal, zenyatta because of the orb makes soldier a sitting duck to die.

btw the trick to anna is keep shooting heal, throw grenades to friendly, build up ure ulti quick.
if u ulti a tank.. keep healing him and throwing grenades at him..
only non tank i would ever ulti would be soldier if he has his ulti. y??

cause
1. soldier ulti is insane and its a freaking aimbot
2. the anti anna ulti is to put the person to sleep. Its not so easy to put soldier to sleep since his body is smaller than tank...

wasted whole day.. in the end competitive 4 wins 5 loses.. 7 games i carried. one dude couldnt do shit and yet want to argue.. had to lucio and we almost won thanks to rein.. its like the whole team waits for me to ulti with lucio and speed boost...


y lucio or soldier.. cause their ulti can turn the tide...

and seriously 99% of the time.. me soldier.. only taking care of reaper and genji.. nobody else seems to even notice this two at the back..

genji 90% time will keep coming back for revenge...
and then pharah will also start shooting for revenge.. she even ulti for me..
end up i had to keep my ulti just to 1v1 them sometimes..

how much revenge 3v1 2v1 can a person take.. shoutout all like " Pandang depan 100 meter"
