Yes it's broken, i not sure why they give such a rating.

For my suggestion.

- For leaver Team, if got leaver, the member who stay , rating either drop little or no drop,  like around 10 to 20%, but penalty on the leaver (no reconnect back ) will be minus huge rating (drop like 1 to 2 rating) and also the competitive point.

- For winning Team that all stay from game start to game end, the Rating up as usual (not just 10%). Will not affect by opponent leaver.

- Any leaver that leave and no reconnect back for like 5 match (must count in Matches), directly BAN from the season.
It's joke since opponent leaver will affect our team rating also (increase 10%, seriously?). And if our side got leaver and we lose, the rating drop like shit

but but..the top 500 reward XD, although it's just a dream, lolz, Season 1 top 500 spray is ANIMATED! and unique TOP 500 player icon! haha

well in solo queue....u gotta learn to compliment the team...
i mean, if no tank or supp then no choice, you'll have to be one...
of course if u suck at tank(like me), then voice out and go supp...let others be the tank...I usually play offence during quick play but when comp started, i'm more to supp/def now

so far solo queue is quite successful for me, of course there's sure some toxic but still good ones are more than bad...
I've manage to rank up from 36 to 44 now (some games with 1 or 2 friends)...

anyway my main aim is just to farm the comp points...skill rating doesn't really matter as it'll be reset by end of the season

yeah...i also use this trick to shield from enemy...but 1 thing can't...that's Dva's ulti...

Note: From what I've seen friendly being only to teammates. The ultimate caster will hear the enemy voice line with exceptions of Widowmaker and Symetra who give friendly voice lines, and Tracer who will say "Bombs away" and "Wait for it"

well, it *SEEMED* like my reaper shotguns are landing "quicker".
mouse movement almost no improvement.

my monitor of course is just 60hz.

in perfect honesty, it could be just placebo, and of course as i'm no pro gamer or the sort, 5-6 ms from 10-12ms doesn't seem like a lot despite you could probably say "oh you reduced your latency/input lag by 50%/half!"
but 5 ms? i don't know man

not to mention, at over 200fps, once in a blue moon my screen would tear if i do quick mouse flicks/180degree turns and what not. don't forget i'm on 4k dpi/23 sensitivity on all my heroes lol.

i'll stay on this setting for a while and see if there's actual improvement in gameplay, otherwise i'll just revert to max all settings prior to tone down the fps to eliminate screen tears.
