I played it in a game arcade in 1990.

Kinda like Ultraman fighting scene where when they fought buildings were destroyed but only monsters involved.
Figthing in a city..more like wrestling in the city.

I wonder anyone knows

Rampage ?

Maybe its sequel - Rampage World Tour ?

Or the latest sequel - Rampage: Total Destruction ?

Unfortunately no.

The characters more like 2D.
Player 1 Vs Player 2.

Those monsters can do pile driver to the opponents.
Most movement were wrestling type.

Can push the opponent just like a wrestler threw to the ropes and gave clothlines.
A beetle type of monster can accumulate power and shoot it from its horns.
Horns exactly like this:

Lot: a video game arcade (have a cute 15 year old Malay girl as cashier
Me 15 also back then)
Games: Moonwalker (Michael Jackson), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (huge game, four people can play at once)
