Moved to US region account.
Asia region rarely got any sale or flash sales

i wanted to but my PS Vita saved games linked to my Asia account.

Maybe I can purchase now using US region account and format my vita memory card later?

yes you can do that.
But save games and trophies don't transfer.
So if you have strong sentimental values on digital trophies (achievement hunter), hard for you to move

You need to use PSN US gift card.

I normally get it via Amazon.
Buy USD10/20/50 direct from Amazon, then they'll give you digital redeemable code via your account.
Much faster and cheaper compared to 3rd party re-sellers.
When register Amazon acc, make sure address is in California. Just pick any hotel name in california can already.

Yes you can.
But you need to set the US account as primary for the PS4 for you to play in Asia PSN account (if you care about trophies )
