Would you buy a rumawip for investment ?

If say my rumawip has 3 rooms, how likely is it that gov will let me rent out 1-2 rooms if i am only living in 1 room? Makes sense to do it right?

if you are permanently live there....I think they cant do anything about it if you rented out other rooms....bcos when they come to do spot check, you will be there to prove that you are owner. who stays in the apartment is none of their biz anywhere.

just saying.....not backup by any law or regulations.....

I guess this thread is referring to Lanai then.. ahaha, no other rumahwip project at bukit jalil that costs 300k.

if all those high dense apartment price going to fly, it would better bet on OUG Packlane, no restriction...
