The VoLTE setting actually missing (currently i'm in MiUI 7.5.3).
I remember disabling it few days after purchase...tweaking a bit lorr
Now can only use data (cannot sms/call)..this is Xiaomi fault
YES got decent speed and coverage in urban area of course.
Didnt encounter logon issue as yours.
Everytime you reboot, need to change back to LTE Only.
