Need to set manual white balance

hi all, i just got my Gtronics RN3 Pro set for about 2 weeks now and i'm trying to root my phone, but i'm currently stuck at unlocking the bootloader. i already received the unlock SMS but when i tried to unlock it stuck at 50% and says something like different MIUI account or something. i'm running global rom 7.3 at the moment. could this be the cause? do i need to flash china dev rom? if yes then how?

(sorry for all the questions. first time user of xiaomi phone here and the locked bootloader and various types of roms confuse me)

were you running global rom when you unlocked the bootloader? the unlocking process is really unnecessarily complicated 

my first charge of redmi note 3, I started charging from 5.30pm today (27% at that time), until now 9.30pm it is only 83%. It has been 4 hours but not even charge by 60%. Is it normal? Is the first charging so slow or is it my phone only?

I tried, after unlocked the phone, power+vol up still bring me to this screen:

I couldn't enter the recovery mode. Quite frustrating.

Tried to install the global om using updater, couldn't work as well.

Hey guys, my RN3 seems to have some random ads popup on the homescreen. I even rooted and delete all the unnecessary bloatwares, but its still there, any idea what's causing this? Thanks
