That's why, some ppl report issue but some ppl are fine, mostly the most accurate report is that if user do a reset after updating or flashing.

But anyway, since I complained about suck battery life in 6.7.28 MIUI 8 global ROM. I go back to the miui forum, and found out that the problem is the update itself. a lot of ppl experiencing this even after reset. 6.7.21 in the other hand is fine. haha....
