In light of a FFK victim from this thread, we need a more distinguishable "system" to highlight such FFKers.

The DISPUTE tag has not been helpful enough; it doesn't show unless someone mouses over the user's profile and it's too small to be noticed.

My suggestion is that whenever a user has received many reports for deceit, fraud or FFK, the system would automatically replace the signature with a warning banner that is unremovable (changing it would still revert it back to the default banner) like this:


Steam has done this, which serves a very good purpose on raising awareness:
