For PS4 new user, you can choose either UK or US game client to pay the game. This requires your to:

1. Create a PSN account in the respective region (UK/US)
2. Buy the game client in the specific region you selected (US/UK)
3. Renew your subscription fee based on the currency of the region you choose (USD/GBP)

FAQ
1. The game servers are not region locked. Meaning your account can be a UK but still play with a US account user/friend.
2. The Game client is region lock. Meaning you cannot buy a UK game client, and use your US PSN account to play. It will indicate "game client is not available for this user etc"
3. The expansion are region locked. Meaning if you purchase a US game client, your expansion pack that you buy must be from US store (or R1) to be compatible.
4. No your game latency is not related with what region game client you bought. Latency/ping in game is affected by which world/server you choose in game (Asia/UK/US)

Personally, based on todays currency exchange, would recommend you to take up UK game client as monthly subscription is about RM49 in compare to US subscription RM58+ (subject to change from time to time)
