Start grinding duty roulette for Tank/Healer or Palace of The Dead for DPS class, it's a deep dungeon with very fast queue at all times, like 10-40 secs on average, completion is around 10-15 minutes each round. Clear lv100 and you can obtain an ilvl 255 weapon once your aetherpool reaches 90/90. Redditors managed to grind lv30 to lv60 in 8 hours playtime, it's fast.

Then you can choose to grind lore or scripture tomes with duty roulette or go pvp and grab the garo pvp gear, it's ilvl 235.

There's also the wondrous tail system at lv60, replay old content and obtain good end game stuffs.

And then you can start farming alexander for ilvl 250 gears and bam, you are close to current content now.
