From my experience based on the ZTE modem, you can't.

Although the modem can auto conenct and ou can fiddle around the console setting, te Maxshit actually need the PC to perform some sorta "login" procedure via "visit" the URL :-

Our XB360 is not capable to do that should the connection suddenly failed. doh.gif

no NAT issue when I use a 4 yrs old LanTech HR-114H. but otherwise when using direct connection to XB

I've used the Maxis Wireless to play online games all the time and I had a lot of fun on it. The only problrm is the connection over my area is not stable on daytime

There're wireless routers to connect the USB modem. That might be your solution.
