 Salary for an intern?

Well, if you're interning, the correct term to use is allowance, instead of salary. And I hear that the common rate for intern's allowance is RM 500 and below. I myself is currently receiving RM 400, but I'm in the engineering field.

Is it a must to include expected allowance? I find it rather rude to actually demand for allowance from companies, since they've been nice enough to provide you with an internship spot. However, I was told that once you're accepted, you have the right to inquire about the amount of allowance you will be receiving.
