Episode I: The Goon Menace

For those who are slightly new to the community, some background info about me - I've been making videos using my Xbox and my Capture Card for more than a year. Why? Well I simply enjoy making videos. They entertain people and are fun to watch. Sometimes they capture unforgettable moments in the game. For the past year, I've only been making Halo 2 videos. Gears of War is the 2nd game to be "video'ed" by me

Gears was the next major game after Halo 2. Lots of players, which made it easy to gather footage. Gears is also really fun to play This video is basically a collection of some of the cool, funny, and weird moments captured while playing GoW multiplayer matches. This video isn't designed to prove anything. It's not meant to tell anyone that I'm good at GoW or anything. It is simply showcasing the fun we have while playing GoW multiplayer.

I'm sorry about the filesize and filehost. If it's too slow for you, just leave it overnight or something. As far as I know, the speed is bareable. If you have MSN, add me and I'll Folder Share it with you.

Episode II: Attack of the Goons

This is the second Episode of the GoW montages I had enough footage to make a second video, so why not? Again, showcases the pure fun and enjoyment of GoW featuring some people that weren't in the previous video

Hook up the capture card to your PC, and capture away. Most instructions are included with the Cap Card itself

Thanks for the help, will add those to the first post. I didn't know TMNet had a public FTP. I tried aybt's server but I couldn't connect

It's a Composite/S-Video capture card and I capture thru S-Video. The reason the quality is only average is because of compression. Also since I had to reinstall my USB drivers, for some reason my capture settings reverted back to default. I don't remember my best settings anymore. And plus since I only capture as a hobby I didnt bother buying a super-high-def-ultra-resolution card

Fuzzyness is caused by the cap card settings. Trying to fix it. Could be my TV output as well though

Don't worry lah. You see how I got pwnd by unkool after I witnessed Marauderz's execution when he went for the Torque Bow? Episode I

I remember screaming "MARAUDERZ WATCH OUT HEADSHOT!!"

And he dies right after I finish I was too busy laughing as you can see - my aim was all over the place

What superiority? Actually that was quite funny. I simply threw the grenade into the sky thinking it wouldn't kill you.....

But to my surprise it did I was laughing so much when it happened

Thanks for all the positive feedback from everyone. I started recording again on Friday and I've got about enough to make Episode III. But since everyone is so pro nowadays, it might be less funny due to the absence of noobish mishaps Ah we'll see how it goes

Episode III next Sunday at the latest
