Wish to ask about your opinion towards student rental market at there too.

Personally viewed few property around pjs 7 & 9, saw there is alot of empty room for rent. Is there over supply around that area now?

Mutiara Perdana now asking around RM320k and above. Depends on floor. Lower floor might asking at least RM350k and above.
