my rogue's talent points have reset-ed after the new updates.

anywhere i can have the new guides that what should i up?

If you plan to go Demonology, use Orc

If not, I think you can use Blood Elf ... If Blood Elves can't be used as a Warlock race, use Undead

basically druid and rogue tallents have been reseted hehe beware the feral druid . they are serious killers and I know cause i am one. its funny to see rogues use their dodge tallent to survive us in cat lol.

I know rogues who like to use the evasion skill when pvp-ing with a war. Very smart...

zomg...i purposely dont up the dodge increase talent just because of gay overpowers lol need alone evasion..

and i know many many many rogues who like to use evasion when fighting mages, locks, shadow priests when pvp-ing.

i play a mage. and i lose to these rogues. especially after they pop preparation to use evasion again. feel free to guess why i lose to them.
ps. it isn't lack of skill or luck.

In some circumstances it actually has some merit. Not many circumstances, granted. If you have good health and use it right at the start, it may actually be beneficial. Yes, you will eat the Overpowers, but then without dodge you will eat all the other stuff too: mortal strikes, hamstring, regular melee hits.

Of course easier way is to just make use of the many stuns and stun lock the warrior, but some guys just like doing things the hard way...

Eh I use evasion sometimes against Wars, depending on what they're holding in their hands and what spec I think they are. You eat overpowers, true, but it's not that painful if war is dual-wielding (or if they don't have the imp OP talent), but on the other hand you can potentially dodge rend hamstring etc etc ... it's not ALL bad.

[edit] shadowstep is so damn fun, my goodness. It's way too far down the sublety tree though ... give up too many things to get it >_<

this patch they swapped improved backstab to the assassination tree,improved slice and dice to the combat tree,
and then nerfed(buffed?) Suprise attack and replaced cloak of shadow(trainable at 66) by shadowstep.
other than that,other talents is still remain the same as the old one.

Blood elf is totally different race from Night Elves. Night elf = Relliance, Blood elf = Horde. Blood elves have some real cool racial traits like:

Mana Tap: instant cast, 30 yard range, 30 sec cooldown
Reduces target's mana and charges you with Arcane Energy.

Arcane Torrent (ZOMG nerf nerf!): instant cast, 120 secs cooldown
silences your enemies for 2 secs within an 8
yard range.

+5 to all resistances
+5 to enchanting

The new race for Relliance is Draenei. They're kinda like the WoW versioin of aliens lost in space.

Well, talents are usually tried and tested to fit your style also either pve or pvp. I prefer to spec and respec to find my own "best fit" talent.

However, there are usually lots of posts of other people's talents in the respective forums on the official site. Just go to the official shaman and rogue forum. I'd rather read about people's comments on the talents rather than ready made talents like that to understand the logic behind adding points in that talent.

Just my $0.02

Good rogues would just gouge, cheap shot warriors to prevent Overpower. Better to evade other nastier attacks.
