Probably those missing "goodies" as mentioned above will be addressed in the MMC facelift in 2019 or earlier.

Rear folding seats. The new Civic doesn't have it.

Good also. Folding seats are not an important feature.
Sacrificing that for the rear strut bar is a wise move thumbup.gif
If I wanted to use the car for carrying large cargo, I would have gotten an SUV.

Modern Steel TC-P.  Glad to go with this color. Goes well with chrome bits and dark tints.

Your car in that colour and in that lighting looks awesome thumbup.gif

In that case be selective of the number of pax you fetch in new Civic.

On a side note, any lower chassis strengthening bars from UR will also cause scraping over speed bumps.

When you guys get yr new car, do you now always look for pillars or standalone parking slots ?

The first dent on the door panels is the most painful bangwall.gif

Same as me too... Thru my observation, they will target those couple or with family rather than a single person....

I think that's a fair deal thumbup.gif
You can use your rewards points + cashback to offset the processing fees, partially if not all.

For tinting, its better to get your Honda SA to install it for you at the dealership using their own contracted tint supplier/installer. If any warranty claims related to the tint installation, then its easier to settle.

I just asked my loan officer..He said it does not apply to fixed rate loans..Only applicable for flexible loan..e.g: housing loan, which will vary according to BR(base rate)..Can anyone confirm this?

That's what I was told too.
