timothyy, what RM1,200 installation fees you referring to?
Installation with mount, cost about RM300 only... why go thru all that trouble?

Maybe the difference is anamorphic or letterboxing ..... one is stretching on its own, one not.

Looks like you have been given the usual run-around crap. Tai chi. So no one is taking the responsibility give you full refund.
