To own new low cost house we have to meet certain criterias. But if those purchase second hand when 30 years ago need to meet those criterias or not ? if merely transfer ownership need to meet those criterias or not ( no sales & purchase situation) ? the situation is like this :
- Mr & Mrs A sell to parent over 30 years ago
- Parent transfer ownership to kid as gift
Question: any low cost issues here for the kid ? need low cost consent or not ? Thank you.
