Hi guys, & raylight2free
So the Middle Earth extended edition 30 disc bluray is selling for ~36 GBP with shipping from amazon uk. Is this the lowest price it's on sale or best offer so far? This post has been edited by alucard89: Jun 10 2018, 01:27 PM |

QUOTE(alucard89 @ Jun 10 2018, 01:27 PM) Hi guys, & raylight2free Not sure if its the lowest price but at 36GBP with shipping is definitely worth it. How much will it cost if you get all the extended individual set? So the Middle Earth extended edition 30 disc bluray is selling for ~36 GBP with shipping from amazon uk. Is this the lowest price it's on sale or best offer so far? |

Really like the JP Limited Edition. Quality of the book cover is quite nice with certain prints are embossed.
Like the artwork pages with some details as well with the total of 8 Discs (4 UHD, 4 Standard BR). Each Discs has their own artwork page. Some eye candy shots ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jun 17 2018, 06:42 PM) Yep, was deciding on the steel book limited edition version or this, chose this in the end just because of all the artwork in each page. Makes it more special IMO.Wished this came with UHD + 3D BR instead of the standard 2D. Wouldn't mind paying more for that option |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jun 18 2018, 06:28 AM) I think 3D is no longer an option. It is on going to face out. Soon no more 3D title to purchase. I don't think it'll face out anytime soon since some films do excel with 3D, e.g. Jurassic Park, some documentaries. But 3D only looks great with projectors where the display is much bigger and you can feel the full effect. So yes it is a very small and limited market, but there still are enthusiast around. UHD will still definitely have higher sales for sure. Actually when 3D out again (ya again) that time I already know it won't last long because as long as required glasses then it will still come and go very fast and get forgotten. Who knows, with how tech is progressing, we might not need glasses for 3D in the future. They could incorporate a thin layer on the TV panel that only activates when 3D content is being played |

Hmm, wonder any1 here bought Blu-ray Pacific rims 2 ?
Overall the surround is kinda disappointing, especially speeches . It sounded like recorded in an enclosed place with echo bouncing back. |

Haha not surprising, since cost is higher and 3D really only looks good on display above 100". Those i know who watches 3D only uses projector screens, have yet to meet any friends who uses TV for 3D.3D will be success if glasses not needed. Hehe. |
