Hi I just activated this new sim
Somehow I cant use any data even it shows my number is active and free 10GB data, also tried redeemed shopee free 100gb data, not working
Is it I need to top up? Minimum how much

If you add new GB before the old one expire it adds together. So far my app shows 247.9 GB used... and 452.1 GB balance (total 700 GB I accumulate over 5 months). I also use from two shopee accounts (me and wife).

eSIM works on my iPhone 12 after activate it on YES apps
5G, Hotspot, and Wifi Calling (with local, non-local internet connection) working as well.

Maxis, Celcom only for postpaid and RM10 for replacement

U Mobile, Yoodo, Digi, and YES open for all but U Mobile, and YES still got charge for replacement RM10 as well

Digi, and Yoodo there’s no charges while replace or switch to eSIM, but Digi need to go to service centre to get eSIM QR

For now, only Yoodoo, and YES able to get new eSIM via there apps.

Just want to ask you guys, Yes already have WiFi Calling?
Because I can get it on my Galaxy S22U.

vowifi is depend on WiFi. normal more stable than volte

Based on the previous post in this thread, macam tak ramai lagi dapat.
And the call connection on VoWiFi is faster on Yes than my Maxis.

i just subscribe to yes prepaid 5g plan yesterday.

i can say that if there is 5g coverage, yes this plan is excellent. unlimited data usage is super song plus the speed is god damn fast.

however, the only drawback is if it has no 5g coverage then it will be bad to use yes as ur only mobile data.

i am in jaybee i would say the 5g coverage is excellent now in all the mature and populated area.
only prob is new area for example eco botanic, many places still do not have 5g coverage especially for indoor. and yes is bad for 4g for such area also. so technically i have no internet connection when i am in eco botanic.

luckily i have my lion city telco 2gb data roaming data as backup so i can surf web etc whenever needed. since the roaming data is tapping on maxis 4g or digi 4g or even 5g if available.

What u mean? It is free what. I just activated mine for rm30 prepaid 5G unlimited plan.

So far so good totally no complaint. I am on 95% time I am on 5G while in jaybee. Only minor areas in jaybee that has not even 4G coverage.

Bad thing is iPhone no personal hotspot to use

This plan is nice. I enjoy the 5G speed Becos jaybee has well coverage of 5G in all the populated area except some new areas in Medini but overall still ok. I have 2GB of free roaming data as backup using Digi or maxis network for 4G or 5G so not too bad too.

All the above are on my main phone - iPhone 14 pro max.

This one is put inside my spare phone iPhone 6 Plus just to receive sms. iPhone can enable iMessage and forward sms between iPhones. So although it is my secondary bolehland no that used for OTP for banks etc. that is not inside my main phone I also have no prob receiving sms on my main phone.

Initially I was using yoodo esim on my main phone for this no but hotlink is almost removing hotlink pantas plan but luckily now still can switch from the latest hotlink plan to this.  Want to keep to this hotlink pantas plan so have to do this way.

been used YES rm35 package for 3 months now, compared to my U68 Umobile last time, this package is CHEAP. No need 1 month deposit is a steal, 5G is FAST for my location, Kajang & KL on weekend, Pasir Gudang & JB on weekdays, with 95% on 5G connection.

Cons, signal is weak at crowded area, Ground floor Mall, or inside mall in general. but considering it is cheap, I retain.

this one is smooth. no issue like Umobile last time
