Actually I was hoping I could "port in" my existing DIGI into this Kasi Up B40, but sadly didn't offer such option . And cant even choose or know what's the number they will provide.

YES  4G is good if you can getting high speed band 40 and or 38. Many people complain slow speed is the because of band 20. LTE low band is for coverage not for speed.
