Top up first time more than enough (example RM100}.  Then buy Konfem from credit.  Top up only when validity is ending.  You can also stop buying Konfem until just after each topup.  Then they are more in sync.

the time b4 u go buy u should have know y u r buying yes sim. if u need konfem4g then u should have inform the shop, not the shop inform u ma. then the shop will tell u to reload rm30and straight they can subscribe for u.
