Yes mobile coverage very bad inside Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru building

Not having indoor signal booster, this is to be expected.

how to get them fix ?

Can you share with us the photo of the full letter? You censor (blacken, blur) your personal infos shown on the letter like your name, address, etc.

Indoor booster are installed by the network operator. Some of the more popular malls in KL, Yes installed the signal booster but those not so popular mall, Yes doesn't install it. You can't get Yes to install it. Yes ill only install when they have large enough userbase regularly visiting that place, then only they will consider to install it.

I think what they meant - No tethering and Hotspot allowed. regardless whatever brand of modem you used.

Usually unlimited Bb plans they block. to prevent abusers clocking up to 100gb of data usage.

Told you guys, wimax shutting down and LTE coverages is very limited.
Normal LTE cell towers covering 1.5-2 km range only unless got 3G as backup (which is DON'T have any)

Lodge a complaint to MCMC, tell then that Yes 4G asks customer to do service quality check for them. Hahahaha

I think CS meaning is that Managements got installed earlier? or haven't approve the installation of signal booster?
Maybe he or she thought you are one of Mall tenants.

Although the responsibility of installing falls on service provider, mall operators would first need to request service provider to install in the mall.

I tested on tplink modem, no block. Prepaid only i guess. Postpaid not allowed hotspot.

What do you meant by shutting down tower? When the trial period ends and Yes is no longer granted license to use this spectrum, they simply can't broadcast on this band. It's not like band 20 is their only spectrum they can only operate on. They still have band 38/40 which is indeed official until the license expires.
