i think all the numbers will be tendered out by a third parties, much like the 1M4U, Patriot etc plates

like VIP 1 to 10 could fetch a few millions ringgit each, lesser desirable numbers like lets say VIP 14 probably around rm5k or so..

the rm1million mentioned is for the whole lot (Vip1-9999) that the government will make

the rest of the money from the bidding $ will go to the organiser i presumed

my father have 5 cars with single digits "4" on it.
doesnt mean hes a royalties. because its MXX WXX and QXX, and for a single digit "4", which appears to be the cheapest out of all the numbers.

Pahang royalties however are very well known to keep the single numbers for themselves OR kroni.
