Right now I use baby's diaper rash cream, but doesn't work Hmmm I am not malaysian, I dont think I can get a service at that price in govt hospitals right.. |

![]() It is ring worm, just small matter..You can get this and apply twice a day after shower. You have to dry your skin completely before doing so. Cheapest you can get is RM10 at watson or guardian. If you want to do it organic way, apply coconut oil on it twice daily. Coconut oil have antifungal properties. QUOTE(beeMay @ Jun 16 2016, 09:13 PM) Is it safe for the women's genital? Because I'm afraid that whatever I apply on that area will affect the pH balance or something If you're worried about safety, try the natural remedy first as suggested like coconut oil or tamanu oil. Basically anything with well known anti fungal properties, try google ringworm & natural remedies. Whatever answer you found, just do some further reading on it to verify whether it has the anti fungal properties or not. |

since you saying u r studying early 20s? why not talk with ur parents and tell them what happen?
if the rashes are like right beside/really near to your genital? if yes i wont recommend using any of those cream above coz most of then have steroids in them which make ur skin become thin and area around genital are very sensitive. if is not near to your genital, if just around ur inner thigh or above ur genital then you can try out those cream but if u feel burn once applied wash it off quickly. Furthermore the cream that we recommend may not suit your need. so is better to see a doctor. btw how do it get that? since you say u dont hv any intercourse and u r a clean person? did you shave recently? or the place you dry ur cloths? |

I'm really embarrassed 2 talk about it the rashes are on the inner thigh, so can I apply that cream? I tried it based on the recommendations here, I dont feel burning, but I do feel a slight pain, it says on the label that is normal That is why, I've been wondering! It started when I go back hometown last month.. My guess is that the water in my hometown is very dirty, so my family always filter it first, but I dont like to filter it bcs it will take too long time.. but before this when I go back hometown I dont get this issue, so I am still clueless abt it.. Do you have any idea how much is it for a checkup in a private hospital? like, do they have admin fee, reg. fee? |

QUOTE(beeMay @ Jun 16 2016, 08:37 PM) So I have rashes on my private area, it is turning dark colour now and when I scratch it, it has some white patches and bumpy red thing when you have allergy. there is such a thing as being TOO CLEAN. you shower too much...when you shower and use soap, you dry out the skin in your private area, makes it dry.It is sooooo itchy that I cannot tahan! hence, I keep scratching and it become worse. It's been 1 month now me having this symptoms.. I read on google it says that due to hygiene problem. But I'm a very clean person, i shower 2x a day, sometimes 3x a day if the weather is so hot, change my underwear after shower and pee, and no, I never had sexual intercourse. If anyone could help me about this? Also, i wanna visit a doctor, but I dont have money as I'm a student and I never go to a hospital before, anyone know roughly how much is it to consult in a gynecologist? thank you very much Stop showering so much, use hydrocotisone to get the swelling down, keep the area dry, and moisturise STOP SCRATCHING |

Just go to a government clinic and if you prefer a female doctor, tell them. It's only RM1. What are you waiting for?
They will check and if it really is fungal infection, you will be given a fluconazole tablet (to be swallowed - a single tablet is enough to cure you) and you will be given the clotrimazole (anti-fungal cream). Or you might be given the anti-fungal tablet to be inserted into your vagina (NOT to be eaten). |

What are you waiting for? well maybe you didn't read my post before or there's other way for it to work, but I am not local, so i dont think im eligible for that RM1 feeThey will check and if it really is fungal infection, you will be given a fluconazole tablet (to be swallowed - a single tablet is enough to cure you) and you will be given the clotrimazole (anti-fungal cream). I mean, I heard from my friends as well, they can get free dental treatment, free BB1M voucher, education loan, but it doesnt work for foreigner, sadly.. unless if you know any gynecologist or hospitals that really offers an affordable price for everyone, maybe I could think about it |

Hi TS, what's your location currently? There's a Klinik Wanita Metro in SS15, Subang Jaya. I hear the rate is cheaper than going to see a specialist. The doctor herself doesn't specialise in O&G however.
My gynae is also based in SS15. Specialises in O&G and has his own clinic (yep, he's male gynae but very good at his work). My pap smear cost RM300++ so I'm not sure how much it'll cost for your case, probably less if only consultation and medication, without lab test. If you want, I can give you the clinic's number and you can just call in for the rates. Perhaps you can just try asking if there's a student rate. Now after applying the cream people here recommend and cut sugar intake, I do feel so much better, less itch even tho the rash is still there, I hope it will go away soon I still need the doctor's phone number just in case if this occurs again |

1. What you have is a fungal infection. Continue to use CREOBIC cream ten days AFTER you stop itching. This is to ensure the fungus dies. If you stop too early, it will come back again.
2. If the itch comes back again, then you can go into pharmacy and buy CLOBETASOL CREAM 5mg, it is a steroid cream that will definitely treat fungal infections. 5mg will not cost more than RM15. 3. If you go to a clinic, they will still sell you the steroid cream and charge doctor fee. 4. Lastly, fungal infections can start because your pants/jeans as well. Wash them regularly with soap and dry under sun to kill bacteria and fungus. Changing underwear is not enough. 5. I had the same situation as you, and this is what I did to solve the problem |

Doubt you want that area's skin to be thinned further lol.Or can I use the steroid cream now as well since sometimes it would be a bit itchy...
