Is it really matters whether working in MNC company or Local company ??

Currently i'm working in Venture and recently being asked for an interview in Unisem... of cos Unisem is in Perak, near my hometown while my Venture plant is in JB...If i really successfully get through the interview section, do you think i shall go Unisem work leh??
