Item(s):
We wish to seek buyers for our honey and offer first hand to stockist/retailer/gift shops/wedding gifts
/Bakery owners/Restaurant/Poultry/individual such as in your capacity and capability.

This acacia honey is 100% pure raw honey made by our finest honey bees farm in Malaysia.
Our honey is suitable as a replacement to sugar for drinks and food or you can just take it per table spoon. icon_rolleyes.gif TRY DULU BARU TAU. icon_rolleyes.gif
It is all natural sweetness with no chemical substance added and thus it can last more than 3 years (lol dont tell me you gonna keep it for 3 years when it is so good tongue.gif )
your children will love it too.

The water content of honey (water-in-honey) is the quality aspect that determines the ability of honey to remain fresh and to avoid spoilage by yeast fermentation. Raw honey can have a water-in-honey content of less than 14% and the lower the water content the higher the perceived value of the honey. It is internationally recognized that good quality honey should be processed at less than 20% water content. Low water content is desirable because honey may begin to ferment and lose its fresh quality if the water-in-honey is greater than 20%. Unpasteurized honey ferments because it contains wild yeast. However, due to honey's high sugar concentration these yeasts are less likely to cause fermentation in honey with low water content. The honey's low water content causes the yeast to enter its dormant stage preventing the fermentation process. In honey with high water content the yeast is more likely to cause fermentation during storage resulting in higher acidity directly affecting the honey's quality.

Kindly be reminded that this is not kelulut or tualang (considered cousins of honey bees).

Our Apis Mellifera is a western honey bees specifically use in cultured farming similar to USA or other european countries bee farming to support the industry and pollination in the world.
please google the difference for more info.

Do you do postage?
Is your honey pasteurize?
Is the 1kg honey is the one in the picture with honeycomb in it?

where are you based? it is better to do COD if u are in KL area, as i am afraid it will break the glass jar during post delivery.

the one with honey comb in it has finished and was taken from our farm back in Kedah (sold out in 3 days),
now all the stocks are in KL without honey comb that is why it is cheaper but same quality and from same farm.
The glass Jar is the same as in picture above when you receive your honey.

Honey is raw without going through pasteurize process and we are lucky enough our moisture content is well below 20%.

Hope i answer your questions.

Thanks! Honey received in great condition. Packaging was great! I see very low possibility of it breaking in shipment. Recommended seller! Honey water content is also quite low!
