50++. got 3 interviews. Nowadays really need some luck to get job. Can easily get job in msia in a week with just few resume. In sg it took 2 to 3 months and only a few replies.

Hi guys, my employer wants to change my contract terms for AWS. I supposed to be entitled for AWS, now HR told me that she made mistake and send me the wrong contract that it suppose to be I may or may not get AWS. She asked me if she can revise the contract. What should I do?

I did mention that but they reluctant to increase my basic salary. They told me all freshie are affected but my 2 other colleagues that have the similar contract as mine are not being ask to do changes.

I want to refuse for amendment. It is not fair. I read and signed in front of them but they never say anything for half a year. I'm just worried that if I refuse they gonna kick me out. Will they breach the contract?

Since I already have s pass, is it easy to get the next job?
