It seems that ICA is becoming more strict in translating non-English document for submission purpose, as indicated in their updated submission form.

Did anyone required to translate the SPM cert/ birth cert/M'sia IC when submitting PR application recently?

Hmm.they purposely made a highlight at the English document portion. I guess they seems very particular with this recently.
