Is it enough for SGD 4K gross to lives in Singapore? Moreover, I'm thinking of doing part time PhD (no scholarship) in NUS/NTU. I've only 3 years worth of experiences as cyber security law enforcer + 1 year as IT Enterprise Architect in GLC. Is the salary enough for a single man + part time student? I prefer not to share room and toilet ...
