Have to learn how to MANAGE your boss. When you say went back for good, meaning no more S'pore in future?

Why the angst? You can find other job?
You know the need for the government to put the minimum salary for the benefits of its citizens right?

Sometimes, the government being lenient oni to Malaysian, not to other foriegner

Pressing one salary also has no correlation with being S'pore boss or not. MNC also press salary

Your main problem is not related to MOM's pass requirements
It is that out of the whole SG, only 1 single company was willing to employ you
If you are able to get out of that situation everything else will be okay

When I first came here my salary can consider underpay too.  But appreciate that my company have been pushing 20% increment once complete the first year agreement of not leaving the company, my salary has since gone up quite a bit.

When I first joined, I also not meeting the minimum wages. But now I'm meeting the new EP requirement. That's just 2 years into my work.

You took the opportunity, whether it's good or bad just embrace it otherwise just leave it. Maybe you're not lucky to have met a worse boss than average person here. Move on and look for better ones lo...
