Should have cukur instead of complain, later say cannot get SP EP lah, oni got work permit pay high levy low salary cannot apply PR, cannot apply phone plan

i didnt know this. I only know when sourcing for some stuff, they also try to press down prices on Msian supplier when they have already gain so much.

Wah so they double press 2 side for their own gain. Real China man.

Don't have to generalize S'pore like that. Purchaser whether it's from Singapore or anywhere else also like to press the price.

Pressing one salary also has no correlation with being S'pore boss or not. MNC also press salary

Your main problem is not related to MOM's pass requirements
It is that out of the whole SG, only 1 single company was willing to employ you
If you are able to get out of that situation everything else will be okay

This leniency gave my boss some balls to take advantage of people. If they don't have this leniency then local bosses have to pay higher to get foreign talent. Sorry not higher at least fair or market price.

Benefits all actually. Government gets to restrict foreign talent. Those foreign talent got in are fairly paid.

Before I join that company I went to few other firms. One of them was worst when he wants to ask me to pay for my own levy. He said like that la our company fucking good we share the levy half half okay? Douche

Why work and feel worse from day to day. Since got so much complain about your boss, no point staying right? You make a fuss here also meaningless what...

When I first came here my salary can consider underpay too. But appreciate that my company have been pushing 20% increment once complete the first year agreement of not leaving the company, my salary has since gone up quite a bit.

When I first joined, I also not meeting the minimum wages. But now I'm meeting the new EP requirement. That's just 2 years into my work.

You took the opportunity, whether it's good or bad just embrace it otherwise just leave it. Maybe you're not lucky to have met a worse boss than average person here. Move on and look for better ones lo...
