if you have a proper career growth, 4-5k ( accountant) / FM should be at least 5.5 above.

Save a lot is solely depend on you, but what i guarantee you, the purchasing power definitely higher.

most of the co have 12 -20 (annual leaves) which is quite similar to Malaysia i reckon, some can bring forward the unused leave, some cannot - similar to malaysia as well.

Apart from fewer PHs, i think there is no different from malaysia?

Unless you got a lot of AL in malaysia ( let say 25 days? ) then it will be hard for you to adapt.

you no need to visit EP Centre to register your thumprint and take photo?

IPA - letter showing your EP application has been approved, but you still need to complete several formality to get the EP itself : eg medical check,
you can check your EP application status on MOM whether has it approved already or not by now by key in your passport.

Usually, the first day, you need to bring your passport/photocopy of passport to the company so that the HR could make appointment for you to register your thumbprint and take photo at the EP service centre.( as the HR need the passport and white card for them to make appointment )

EP will usually deliver to the company, the HR will ask you to collect.
