DCA in bear market….I do believe S&P will recover one day…but but but my 2 cents as follows:

- investor must be able to accept the negative feeling over the - ve return over unknown period of few months or few years before mkt start to bounce back. Those who has gone through it understand what it means, it is not easy, easy to get into mindset that the earlier investment decision was wrong and regretting it…should have invest elsewhere etc…

- investor may need to use the money due to emergency or sudden change of plans…hospitalisation, sending kids for overseas education, buy a new house, loss the high earning job etc. And most of the money still stuck in the stock market and hasn’t reach the break even point yet?? How?

point 2 would not be a issue if only invest fraction of the saving in stocks. above are my personal view…everyone has their own trading strategy and risk appetite

Why you should consider short oil price.

My reason as US Fed rising interest rate, inflation should be peak at April 2022 and demand will be start slow down.

10 Year TIPS Yield (Expected Inflation)

Oil price still at high price level compare to other commodity,i believe got huge fortune if we short it.
I using small position to buy SCO ETF,my predicting oil price will drop below USD70 in second half year.

“Price in, inflation is now in the rear view mirror.”

People expect fed to ease.

Inflation is still on high side (> 8%) and all the time Fed intention is to bring it down to 2-3 %.
