Another new high for oil.

this oil rally is spectacular.

news has it that hedge funds are now taking major long positions.

and comparing wti vs brent charts, wti should be near 50 already!

Yeah, just touched 49 and with the dollar going down 50 is possible.

oil bull bull bull....

this oil bull rally is so steep that it is scary.

but it does look unfazed, determined to get to 50-51 come what may.

gotta be very careful as it approaches it.

Crude is hitting 50 anytime. It looks real this time as any decline is well supported. To me, its still puzzling. Me ready to give a good short soon. Crude cant keep on moving up this way...unless the arabs r pushing it !!!

ok... back to stocks, oil...

all wound up, all eyes on rig count at 1am.

if count decr or small incr, i bet it will shoot past 50.

the single is very nice (both man and woman), but the double sucks (both team played too safe and scare, not manage to power the game up).

quite true... both pairs became very nervous towards the end of the 3rd set.

the winners won not becos they were better but becos the other side were more nervous, made more mistakes.

with this, wti likely to take a pause.


Oilfield services firm Baker Hughes reported the number of rigs operating in U.S. fields rose for an eighth consecutive week, increasing by 10 to a total of 406. The report marked the first time the count has exceeded 400 since February.

And just like that oil starts marching higher.

Didn't get the chance to short.. but took all profits last Friday.
I'll wait to see if it can pull back to 45.xx, if can hold here.. I'll long again.

i took 1/2 profit on fri, took the rest at opening.

then went short.

will see later if it was profitable move.

Around 47.75 for WTI looks like an interesting level.
