DWTI completely its saucer shape! Now, If it can pull back down halfway and go up again, it will be that cup and handle formation in about a week or so.

from this point, gotta be extra careful.

.. revisiting 41.50/40; last seen on apr 18, gained 10% in next 2 days, then went all the way up to 52 in june.
.. bears are taking profit.
.. opec been silent for too long, likely to make some noise soon.

.. on the other hand, stocks are at all time highs... risks increasing.
