QUOTE(Barricade @ Jan 16 2026, 08:17 PM) Started a short position for SANDISK @ 432.50 U still holding yr TSLA shorts? Fyi, last month I sold 3 uncovered TSLA calls @ $600, dte: 30/1/26. A bit foolhardy on my part, but with premiums at $8.40, it's just too good to give it a miss. Luckily, TSLA uptrend stall just after I made the trades. Otherwise, it will be sleepless nights for me, especially when I trade only safe s&p etfs.

Not only TSLA, my PLTR short is also doing well. Already 20% Now hoping for SANDISK, INTEL and BROADCOM to plummet more before I close it. SANDISK already 6-7% down since I shorted it last week.

Ouch. That’s why in trading i don’t stick to one stock. You win some you lose some. Loss from Intel and Sandisk covered by win from PLTR and Broadcom.

Here's mine... Held about 8-9 weeks in... - It fell because their Angel Investor decided to liquidate after the lock-in period... - Strong accounts... - International exposure... Simply put, there was no reason for it to fall off the cliff earlier... I still believe that it can go higher... But don't listen to me haha... Consumer stocks for the win, Kings...

Last week I liquidated my UNH holding to fund my short for INTEL. Closed my short position with INTEL today for 20% profit. Today UNH plummet 15%. Talk about luck.

With the Dollar depreciating against the Ringgit at this moment, now is one of the periods where both the US equities gain and also potential monetary appreciation upon Dollar conversion can happen... But of course, I am not giving any advices... Just a heads-up to consider.... This post has been edited by Hastebreak: Jan 28 2026, 03:10 PM

200 coming back after flat for sometime. QUOTE Exclusive-China gives green light to importing first batch of Nvidia's H200 AI chips, sources say
Jan 28 (Reuters) - China has approved its first batch of Nvidia's H200 artificial intelligence chips for import, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters, marking a shift in position as China seeks to balance its AI needs against spurring domestic development.
The approval covers several hundred thousand H200 chips and was granted during Nvidia Chief Executive Jensen Huang's visit to China this week, the sources said, requesting anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter.
The first batch of approvals has been allocated primarily to three major Chinese internet companies, with other enterprises now joining a queue for subsequent approvals, one of the sources said.
They declined to name the companies that received the initial clearances.
China's industry and commerce ministries as well as Nvidia had not yet responded to requests for comment at the time of publication.
