Yes I read about it from the link you share previously and that this LP is based in Bermuda which is supposedly tax free.

IINM,  even Americans need to file for additional papers for MLP or LP which are tax free for them too. I don't know enough, so perhaps you can share later when you get dividend distributed to you.

Btw the author of the link which you shared above has been trying to dispose his BPY  but still has some left as he can't manage to sell in time.

Actually this share looks good. So you mean the dividend do not need to hold 30%? My other dividend paying stocks always withhold 30%. Also is this stock ADR? ADR shares charge some small fees... Custodian fee I think.

I like his simple technical analysis. In a nutshell, he is saying it is now the 4th wave down to retest March lows.

There's another commentary on motley, agree-ing both BP & Shell are in attractive position for long-haul entries.

To add a lil bit more spice, Brent's June contract is up to expire in 6 days on the 27th April. We have 1 week to see how RDSB holds up
