I thought the price remain same as previous model?

US stocks keep going up.. Hope got good news with this week's CPI report on Tuesday.

The bears are strong tonight.  Lots of blood from the bulls.

They were thinking CPI may lower than last month but it ticked up.

Fed gonna to likely slap it with another 50bps~75bps.  We'll get Fed Fund rate at 3%-3.25% this month.

By end of this year, maybe we'll see Fed rate 3.5% to 3.75% and if this continues on..
heck.. 4%-4.25% Q1 next year.. then 4.25-4.5% rate.

It's going to be quite a challenge to get inflation numbers back down below 5% now,
'coz inflation is like a Genie out of the bottle, it's hard to trick it back into the bottle on its own.

Maybe if only people will stop spending so much...geezz..

Market will most likely continue to crash until next week, be prepared warriors!

There's only dividend tax. No capital gain tax.

When you buy now, what will it be in a year's time when the USDX reverses?

Once the Feds pivots, USDX will drop like a stone.

but i also suspect this wave count will be invalidated... i think we're starting minute wave 2 within impulse wave 3...

anyways... original prediction from June 20...

The mkt today is hard enough,...

Averaged-down on Mapletree Industrial Trust today,... queued 2.14 at 11.30 am,... at that time, the price was swinging betw 2.16 and 2.17,... then at 4.44 pm, I got the sms'ed text in my phone,... matched,...

I think lowest today was 1.12,...  ,... too bad I couldn't catch at this price.

Yup. anybody who's invested since the beginning of this year even with DCA approach, their portfolios are in red
unless they're in fixed income (eg. US 12 mths bonds).  Now, the rates on 6-12 mths T-bills are pretty juicy...even better than
dividends paying stocks 'coz they're in negative zone even with the divi payout this past 11 months.  This could lead to pension funds managers re balancing by end of this year - gravitating towards more fixed income and selling even more equities.

Those etfs that sell covered calls also negative zone 'coz their prices have fallen 30% since the beginning of this year. Covered calls managed buffer some pain but not enough for price decline since January.

We got about 2 months left for 2022, I think most likely we'll end up negative year if there's no Santa rally by mid-december.
Looks like Chair Powell is NOT budging from the plan yet..
