Here's what I did today. After making sure the clear window piece fits perfectly on the acrylic frame, I painted the frame black. U can c that it's now black under the protective paper.
Then I moved on to cutting the 120mm blowhole for the window. It's positioned nicely above the lower PSU compartment. This is for intake to the top mobo compartment so the graphics card gets lotsa nice cool air.
The window components r complete. Time to put it together into a proper side panel.
