It really took many development of Spiderman's games from Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, PS1,PS2,PS3 until PS4 to reached a perfect game for Spiderman like this.

Guys, I hope this Spiderman's storywise is a stand alone Spiderman Universe and not combined with other Marvel heroes.

Dun want suddenly Spiderman asking help from Iron Man or Wolverine to help, or his 2 amazing friends Firestar and Iceman.

Different. Better or not, I don't know yet. It's very fun so far though.

That said, Arkham Knight IS a better looking game (to me at least) than Spiderman. The post processing works, range of effects, amount of detail that goes into AK was simply astounding.


It's very much a stand alone Peter Parker and Spiderman plot. There are no sudden Iron Man interjection or Daredevil or even... Venom. This has been confirmed a few weeks ago by Insomniac themselves.

That said there are... SOME easter eggs. I've already found one and I can't mention it.

How's the scope so far? Horizon, Witcher big? 50hrs game play?

Opinion: Replayability-wise, I hope cleaning out Kingpin goons will not become tedious. But maybe need to grind much so that can upgrade arsenal?

It's about Arkham City/Knight big. Probably a little bigger considering there are internal areas to go to as well and not just the city.

I think that cleaning out objectives and having replay value, it needs to be fun to do and not become a chore (like how many open world games would be, even Horizon to a small extent). I am no where even near half way yet, so I can't say much yet.

being a fan of multiple costumes, i'm really looking forward to the Scarlet Spider & Spiderman 2099 playable ones..

i wish that Scarlet Spider (Kaine) & Black Symbiote suits are going to be available too in the future.

Early sneak peek says got up to 20+ costumes so one can hope! There may be some designed by Insomniac though and not available previously in comics like the 'Velocity Suit'.
