The CE has the bonus storyline DLC (Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps) which isn't available in Standard right? I wonder if it's available for purchase via the PS Store?

If I'm not mistaken, the DLC is available if you purchase the Digital Deluxe edition. Of course, no physical copy for this.

The first chapter in the “City That Never Sleeps” downloadable content for Marvel’s Spider-Man, dubbed “The Heist,” will launch on October 23, publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Insomniac Games announced.

All three installments are available for purchase now via the PlayStation Store for a bundle price of $24.99. Otherwise, each installment is available for $9.99 individually.

ok, i am waiting for full version for this game regardless of how many years that would take

The full version of the game comes out on 7th September 2018. The game will only have content update until end of the year (things might change), so it doesn't take "years" for a so called "complete" edition when the complete edition is already complete to begin with.

Boss, will the game very repetitive? still 50/50 about this game   

All open-world games are repetitive to a certain extent, it's a matter of how tolerant you are to such open world activities and if you find them fun or not.

I personally think it's about as repetitive as HZD, which means there are SOME mundane tasks but they are not so dull and IQ insulting unlike Mad Max, Mafia 3 or Shadow of Mordor series for example.

I love HZD and slightly enjoyed SHADOW OF MORDOR but i couldn't finish all the quests. Playing HZD again, yes please!

I am excited for this game, so far everything looks good! Though I will definitely wait until 2nd disc starts popping out then only I will buy and play.
And then Odyssey is coming in October! Excited! 

Just trying to do absurd web slinging tricks (which NONE of the gameplay demos or playthroughs has shwon so far) is time sinking in it self

It's very satisfying when you chain some absurd web slinging around the city. It's like Arkham Knight but even better because Spidey is way more agile than Batman.
