I just switched to unifi 30mbps.

Does anyone here has experience in merging or transferring old existing copper phone number to merge with Unifi account ?

The speed is okay, ping about 60+ most of the time. But sometime it lags to "start the run". Not so responsive.

btw, Agent told me to add RM 1 to keep the number. TM point counter personnel told me cannot use the old phone number on Unifi. My friend successfully carry his old phone number to Unifi, then terminate his copper account.

Im so confused lol

I used to have separate streamyx and telephone line. Now, I have just terminated the streamyx line.

So next, i'll have to tell them i want to terminate telephone line but want to keep the number with RM 1, merge account with unifi ?

My case is very complicated as my old streamyx and phone call lines were seperated.

I terminated streamyx line only. Now still not sure TM will let me waive my phone call lines rental fee or not...

200mbps, 500mbps, 1gbps....doesnt matter anyway.

My 30mbps is "enough", every night peak hours max down speed 14-15mbps stable stable.

Haha what i mean is that my 30mbps line doesnt even reach 20mbps at night. What more to expect for 200mbps

Well I don't assume other places won't be able to reach over 30mbps. I was just trying to say my home cannot reach 30mbps at night time/peak hour unsure.gif *Just trying to join in the conversation*

Guys, can i remove the RM40 Ruby Pack from my UnifiAdvance 30mbps ?

I logged in the portal and went in this "modify bundle", where i saw a remove button beside the RM 40 Ruby pack.

How is the new power adapter like ?

I just installed new 30mbps with all new equipments. Not sure if I'm able to receive that fire safe thingy or not....

Based on my experience, changing to other ports doesnt work too.

You should try connect your WIFI. i guess the ethernet port is dedicated for hypptv only.
