the 10-15Mbps u get from which source WIFI or direct lan cable? if u got from lan cable pls report to tm immediately. if from wifi i think your router is the main problem.

may i know when only they will upgrade after agree to vip5 to 30?

Should be within 24 hours. Do a speedtest, or restart your mode and then speedtest.

upgraded to 30mbps. download speed is fine but somehow the ping in game (mobile) is much higher than before when using 5mbps (about 200ms higher). could it be an issue that only happens during peak hour? cos after midnight it become much lower again.

I am using unifi 10 mbps and paying rm210.95 including gst monthly. I started using on 1 may 2014 so my contract is finish.

I want to know is there a cheaper package that i can downgrade to becoz its hitting me hard in my wallet rite now. My in laws subscribe to unifi 5mbps rm160 including gst after me. I want to take that package but i can't find anything about it on d unifi website. Is d package no more?

Too late di, now their cheapest package is RM199 not including GST. Unless you live in condo, then TIME etc. would be good.

It may be possible if you know someone on cheaper package to transfer their account to your home. A lot of hassle though.

Alternatively look at maxis (go read complaints in this forum first). Or just reapply new packages, pay same price, get new devices, and speed up to 30. Suspect you more interested in saving money though.... can't really help that one.

Yes, and looks like it.....+/- few % is fine.

Here's a test I just did with uTorrent at the coffee shop I mentioned with the RGX4400, same router as yours. As you can see, UPNP is working so no need to port forward.

Now I have 2 HypTV boxes. Beside keeping one as backup in case one fails, what can I do with it?

What type of box do you have? Is it the old one or new android one? What router do you use? Some router like mine will allows you to use 2 hypptv box at the same time.

The white one, got one last yr when I changed to streamyx 8 and 2nd one now when upgraded to Unifi 30.

Using DL 850L. 2 HypTV boxes possible?

I don't think you can have two Hypptv running at the same time as I tried it before. Your Hypptv ID is bound to the one that came with your installation. Any attempts to log in from another STB would just result in an error.

Well if there isn't a cheaper option, I'd rather be paying what i am right now but getting the high speed that others are getting too.

Just call 100 and tell them you want to upgrade to UNIFI Advance 30, RM199. This is the cheapest one right now.

I've done it before, one STB is mine, the other one was my brother's and still active, but my brother did not need it. As long as you can get the STB to be registered to someone that is not using it, it should be ok.

Yup. You can set the Port 3 and Port 4 to 600 for Hypptv service.
