Kindly be informed that the speed of Unifi service is based on "best effort" policy. "Best effort" describes a service that is provided without any service level assurance.
Unifi subscribers should receive at least 80% of the subscribed speed within TM domain and subject to certain factors. If the speed falls below 80%, TM will investigate it as a fault and restore the connection accordingly.
However, based on attachment provided we found that you have received 80% of the subscribed speed.

And so? Best Effort Policy is not Fair Usage Policy. Both are totally different policies/things.
