Majority of my customer has been upgraded for free from VIP20 to ADV50.

I was upgraded to adv30 8 months ago but never use the TV pack at all. Can i cancel the tv pack to reduce the monthly fee?
Currently paying 189(Including GST) with free TM calls.

Someone should conduct a market survey to find out how many UniFi Advance/Pro subscribers actually watch HyppTV.

i have the same issue as u for the last few weeks....last week i complain to tm...yesterday they came and changed the new hyyptv android box for me...so far no issue already...last time i was using the 1st gen hypptv box.

ya, already installed few live tv apps and streaming apps....so far so good...

my 1st gen mibox can retired already...very laggy

I'm one of those who actually watch - on Ruby Pack.

Actually I am wishing HyppTV can give Astro a run of their money so that the pricing for both can be kept low and HyppTV can include better channels in future.

At the moment, those highly demanded channels are almost always only available on Astro due to their virtual monopoly.

Thanks. I am on TIME 100Mbit and I get 1,100 kBytes / sec at the maximum, thus approx. 10 times less than the advertised speed.
Speedtesting to local servers works great (full speed), but with overseas it's slow (4-20 Mbit, depending on location). Obviously TIME does not have sufficient peering bandwidth.
A TIME CS guy even said over the phone when I complained about performance to US / EU servers: "TIME is a small ISP you know and does not have the same peering bandwidth as TM".   
Would have been good to know before subscribing. I think I will just switch to Unifi 100 Mbit.

RM149 for 10Mbit is not that cheap... Their CS is also a "no comment". They kept wanting me to do speedtesting to a KL server when I tried to explain them the Internet is a concept which goes beyond the boundaries of KL... 

I am in a high rise in Mont Kiara. Any thoughts about going with Unifi 100Mbit? Do they do a lot of fiber sharing / splitting?

I mean that I get actually around 10Mbit, even if I have a 100 Mbit subscription.

As soon as I go on US / EU servers, the performance drops by a factor 10 (thus 10Mbit). That's why I asked previously to download a test file on a EU server.

I don't care about speedtesting to KL servers and being happy about the 100Mbit. I need the actual performance in real life and mostly to US / EU servers.

I call TM and they say only for selected customer [those who recieve email or sms].

capped by TM, yours 30Mbps package right? getting 28Mbps is something abnormal? previously didnt cap??
