so far TM for hypptv is good, nomally giving free one month for all channel....unlucky for one who subscribe all channel...hihihi

internet? normally just give rebate based on number cannot use(based on their faults....)

I can see many users complaining HyppTV not working in the afternoon....

But why these user no reply my post (Intermittent lag issue....) cry.gif

around 2pm today,i was watching hypptv and then suddenly black screen with background voice..all channels black screen but can hear background voice..
i thought i alone having this issue,but after seeing this thread..some of us having this issue..
but in around 4.20pm the problem fixed..
i did pm TM page at fb and they open a case for me..but after a while settled dy..so okaylah..they reply quite fast and restore the service pretty fast too..
but i guess is their hypptv problem ba since some of us affected...

Hi,

Could someone give me a speedtest or download speed from overseas (US or Europe) with Unifi 100Mbps.

I am currently on TIME 100Mbit and only get 10 Mbps whenever on overseas servers.

screen tearing issue is okay as this is UDP,  and normally only occurs once in a while, and only for 1sec.

i have the same issue as u for the last few weeks....last week i complain to tm...yesterday they came and changed the new hyyptv android box for me...so far no issue already...last time i was using the 1st gen hypptv box.

However, please take note that by subscribing to the HyppTV Ruby Pack, you will be subjected to a monthly recurring charge of RM40.00 per month (exclude GST 6%) and there will be a swapping fee charge (one time charge) of RM5.00 after succesfully swapping the pack.

Thus, the monthly charges will be RM189.00 (exclude GST 6%) should you swap to the Hypptv Ruby pack.

Hence, we hope the explanation revert to the query.

Never come across your problem in last few days.
Please report to TM about this matter if you have not do so, let them troubleshoot your problem.
