Apparently there is problem with HyppTV by now.
My spouse called me up about HyppTV not working and I found few reports about this incident via TM twitter.

i think their hyytv server overload?

i am able to watch hypptv....maybe certain area affected...

Not sure can we request for rebate for this outages?

so far TM for hypptv is good, nomally giving free one month for all channel....unlucky for one who subscribe all channel...hihihi

Hypp Tv is working fine now. guess their server is overloaded just now.

i switch as well, hope TM don't change it to RM199, was getting RM20 discount, after GST also RM199 around that

Just reached home... tested HyppTV and it is back to normal!

I can see many users complaining HyppTV not working in the afternoon....

But why these user no reply my post (Intermittent lag issue....)

around 2pm today,i was watching hypptv and then suddenly black screen with background voice..all channels black screen but can hear background voice..
i thought i alone having this issue,but after seeing this thread..some of us having this issue..
but in around 4.20pm the problem fixed..
i did pm TM page at fb and they open a case for me..but after a while settled dy..so okaylah..they reply quite fast and restore the service pretty fast too..
but i guess is their hypptv problem ba since some of us affected...

Someone should conduct a market survey to find out how many UniFi Advance/Pro subscribers actually watch HyppTV.

Could someone give me a speedtest or download speed from overseas (US or Europe) with Unifi 100Mbps.

I am currently on TIME 100Mbit and only get 10 Mbps whenever on overseas servers.

i have the same issue as u for the last few weeks....last week i complain to tm...yesterday they came and changed the new hyyptv android box for me...so far no issue already...last time i was using the 1st gen hypptv box.

ya, already installed few live tv apps and streaming apps....so far so good...

my 1st gen mibox can retired already...very laggy

Yes, it is quite a good stuff and it is free.
Luckily my friend is being nice and gave it to me.
Next time can bring it to overseas when I go for business trip, hope it works in overseas...

Thus, the monthly charges will be RM189.00 (exclude GST 6%) should you swap to the Hypptv Ruby pack.
