i believed it more toward to the technician willingness.
I suspect my C5 got problem (or special setting require) ? I noticed it after couple of day it being swapped from innatech
Then not so good experience where within 1.5 weeks i think at least 3-5 times i got to call 100 and each time being given another case ID number etc crap...
told me level 2 tech guy (the guy that swapped me the C5 said so) but seem this person doesn't exist, no call whatever....even 100 told me got (whatever - highly believe 100 just messenger)
anyhow the SAME guy that swap the C5 FINALLY called said his L2 friend MC/ No free (crap) BUT believed in order for him to close my case, he got to attend the case else 100 will keep send him report and i keep getting SMS to rate the service.
First he told me he will come tomorrow to SWAP C5 to 850L

*(said his L2 fella told him), i told him NO NO NO, i want him to bring another C5 to test to confirm izzit my C5 faulty or some settings miss out...then he BS told me alot ppl complaint C5 got problem like mine...that why he bring 850L, i told him i also heard alot said 850L is worst than C5...
Die die he said ok ok will bring another C5 tomorrow. Hope no flykite else i sure get back to 100 again
